Lelco is manufacturing for lighting and has many outstanding years of experience in the marketing of electrical and mechanical control systems and also lighting products with specializing in lighting designs for residential, architectural and commercial applications.

For further expand our business and competencies in the lighting business we need the following position :

Quality Control Operator

Department : QC
Reports to : Quality Control Manager

Job Purpose :
To ensure that manufactured and purchase in items conform to the establish specifications of quality and product consistency and minimize the possibility of reject product.

Key Responsibilities :

·      Develop first off with other head of department related and operator, to give an approval and guidance for production

·      Develop jig fixture with other head of department related to help the operator in production

·      Check the product produced according to the specification stated

·      Check the product supplied by sub contractor or supplier according to the specification stated

·      Record timely of checking result

·      Analyze the root cause of problem resulted in the production

Qualifications :

·      Min D3 Polytechnic

·      Team work

·      Having knowledge in statistical process control

·      QC experience will be an advantage
